SHIPPING

  • Free Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within India.
  • International Shipping: International orders are chargeable as per the destination location. Shipping charges will be calculated and communicated during checkout.
  • Customs and Duties: International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees as per the destination country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs and must be borne by the customer. Cuts & Facets will not be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
  • Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, it typically takes 5-7 business days to deliver the product within India. International shipping timelines may vary based on location and will be communicated during the checkout process.
  • Tracking Details: Customers will receive tracking and courier details immediately after the order is dispatched. This allows real-time updates on the status of your shipment.

HANDLING

  • Standard Dispatch Timeline: Products are usually dispatched within 10-15 business days from the date of order placement.
  • Peak Season Handling: During peak seasons, promotional events, or due to unforeseen circumstances, handling timelines may extend beyond the standard 10-15 business days. Customers will be notified in such cases.
  • Custom Orders: For custom orders or orders where the design is not provided by us, the dispatch timeline will differ. Customers will be informed of the specific timeline during the order confirmation process.

  • Shipping Partners: Cuts & Facets collaborates with trusted shipping partners to ensure the safety and timely delivery of your orders.
  • Shipment Insurance: For high-value orders, we add shipment insurance additionally  during checkout to protect against loss or damage during transit. This service ensures additional peace of mind for your valuable purchases.
  • Delays: In rare instances of unforeseen delays due to natural calamities, pandemics, or logistics issues, we will proactively notify you and work to resolve the situation promptly.
  • Packaging: At Cuts & Facets, we are committed to sustainability. All orders are packaged using eco-friendly materials wherever possible, ensuring both product safety and environmental consciousness.
  • Customer Accountability: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Cuts & Facets will not be held liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any additional shipping charges incurred for re-dispatching such orders will be borne by the customer.
  • Regional Restrictions: We currently do not ship to countries or regions with restricted trade policies or where logistics services are unavailable.
