Cancellations & Refunds Policy
At Cuts & Facets, we strive to ensure smooth and seamless processing of all orders. However, there may be instances where an order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may apply.
Order Cancellations by Cuts & Facets
Cuts & Facets reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion. Reasons for such cancellations may include, but are not limited to:
- Limitations on quantities available for purchase.
- Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
- Issues flagged by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
If an order is canceled by Cuts & Facets and payment has been made, the full amount will be refunded to the customer within 10-15 working days via the original payment method.
Order Cancellations by Customers
- Customers may cancel their order before the status of the order is updated to "Processing." The order processing time typically takes 24-48 working hours.
- In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 10-15 working days to the original payment method.
- If the order has been processed (status updated to "Processing"), cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued. Return policy is applicable post-delivery.
Refund Conditions
- Refunds will be initiated only for orders canceled before processing or for orders canceled by Cuts & Facets.
- Refunds are processed to the same payment method used during purchase (e.g., credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.).
Delivery and Receipt
- Upon signing the delivery receipt, the recipient acknowledges receipt of the product in accordance with the order placed. No refunds or replacements will be entertained for complaints made after the delivery acknowledgment.
- If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier agent will attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery remains unsuccessful, the product will be returned to Cuts & Facets.
- Reshipping Charges: All costs for re-shipment and handling in the case of non-delivery due to the recipient’s unavailability will be chargeable to the customer.
- If the order is canceled due to non-delivery after multiple attempts, the amount paid for the product will not be refunded.

Cuts & Facets reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the website: www.cutsandfacets.com. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed of updates.
