Lifetime Exchange Policy

At Cuts & Facets, we value our customers and aim to provide flexibility in upgrading or exchanging your jewelry. Our Lifetime Exchange Policy ensures that you can exchange your jewelry purchased from us at any time, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

 

Eligibility for Lifetime Exchange

  • Jewelry purchased from Cuts & Facets is eligible for exchange under this policy.
  • Custom-designed, engraved, or personalized products are not eligible for exchange.
  • Items must pass a detailed quality check conducted by our team to qualify for exchange. A quality check report will be provided.

 

Exchange Value

  • Gold Jewelry: 100% of the prevailing market value of the gold content, subject to the quality check report.
  • Diamond Jewelry: 100% of the prevailing market value of the diamonds.
  • Platinum Jewelry: Exchange value will be 85% of the prevailing market value of platinum content.
  • Other Stones: Exchange value will be provided based on their quality and the market price at the time of exchange.

 

Conditions for Exchange

  1. Products must be returned in original packaging with no signs of wear, scratches, damage, or alterations.
  2. All original invoices, certificates, and tags must be provided:
    • Missing certificates will result in additional charges of Rs. 2,000 or Rs. 800 per carat, whichever is higher.
  3. Items showing excessive wear, damage, or resizing by a third party will not be accepted under the Lifetime Exchange Policy.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Online Request: Submit an exchange request via your account on our website or email us at cutsandfacetsaudits@gmail.com.
  2. Physical Stores: Visit any of our physical stores to initiate the exchange process.
  3. Evaluation: Once the product is received, our quality check team will evaluate its condition.
  4. Approval and Exchange: After approval, the exchange value will be credited as a voucher or adjusted against a new purchase.

 

Additional Notes

  • Exchange value cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • This policy does not cover promotional items, gifts, or products purchased on discount.
  • Cuts & Facets reserves the right to modify the exchange value or terms at any time based on prevailing market conditions.
