Return Policy

At Cuts & Facets, we understand that making a purchase is an important decision. Our 7-Day Return Policy ensures you have the time to be certain that your purchase is perfect. If you need to return the product for any reason, you can opt for an easy return within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a full refund after retaining Rs. 1,000/- towards delivery and processing for each product returned.

 

Instances Where the 7-Day Return Policy Does Not Apply:

  1. Exchanged Orders: If a product has already been exchanged once under the 7-Day Return Policy, further exchanges will fall under the Lifetime Exchange Policy.
  2. Customized Products: Products that have been engraved, personalized, or customized are not eligible for a return under this policy.

 

Conditions for the 7-Day Return Policy:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and in saleable condition, with no scratches, damage, wear, or alterations.
  • The stickers and tags must be intact. Any tampering with the product tag or packaging will shift the return process to the Buyback Policy.

 

Refund Process Under the 7-Day Return Policy:

  1. A Quality Check will be conducted for all returned products.
  2. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after passing the Quality Check.
    • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be processed to your bank account.
    • Prepaid Orders: The amount will be credited to the original payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI).

 

How to Return the Product to Cuts & Facets Within 15 Days:

  1. Return Request: Place a return request through your account on the website or write an email to cutsandfacetsaudits@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to schedule a return pickup.
  2. Reverse Pickup: Cuts & Facets will provide reverse pickup details and instructions.
  3. Packaging: Pack your jewellery in the original packaging material along with the product certificate.
  4. Documentation: Ensure the product is accompanied by the original product certificate and invoice. Loss of the certificate will result in an additional charge of Rs. 2,000 or Rs. 800 per carat, whichever is higher.
  5. Acknowledgement: Collect an acknowledgment for the return (pickup receipt, tracking number, or SMS confirmation).
  6. Quality Check: Once the product is received, a Quality Check will be conducted to ensure no signs of damage or wear. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days if the product passes the Quality Check.
  7. EMI Purchases: For products purchased through the EMI system, an amount equivalent to 1-2% of the Grand Total Amount will be deducted at the time of refund of the initial installment.

 

Alternate Return Options:

  • In-Store Returns: Products can be returned to any of our physical stores.
  • Reverse Pickup: For customers unable to visit a store, Cuts & Facets will schedule a reverse pickup.

 

Policy Modifications:

Cuts & Facets reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publishing on the website: www.cutsandfacets.com. Any material changes to the policies will be accompanied by a notification on the website indicating that the policies have been updated.
